What is the warranty on the parts or equipment you sell?
We offer the manufacturers warranty on all equipment and parts we install. Most new systems have a 1 year labor, 10 year parts warranties included. Most gas furnaces have a 20 year (limited lifetime) heat exchanger warranty.

How much do you charge for estimates?
Estimates for replacing systems are always free. Estimates for repairs require a service call and diagnostics fee of $70.00.

How often should I change my furnace filter?
That depends on the environment and the filter. A dirty filter will restrict air flow causing a drag on your blower motor which will reduce efficiency and shorten the life of your equipment.

Do you offer financing?
We offer financing through GE Capital Kwik Comfort program to eligible customers .

Why should I have my equipment serviced regularly?
With the rising cost of energy a properly serviced HVAC system will save you money by operating at its peak efficiency. It will also save you money on repairs as well as offer you a more comfortable home.

What is the best brand of HVAC equipment?
Our answer to that is we prefer Rheem equipment due to the low number of repairs needed and the ease of acquiring any parts that may be needed. That said most equipment on the market today is of comparable quality providing it is installed and maintained properly. The most expensive equipment will still fail if not installed and maintained properly.
